What data we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, work email, organisation, role, and your message
- Waitlist signups: name, email, organisation, team size, and workflow challenges
- Website analytics: anonymised usage data (no personal identifiers)
Why we collect it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry or manage your waitlist application. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Where data is stored
All data is stored in European data centres. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
Processors
- Activepieces (form handling, cloud): our forms post your name, e-mail, organisation, role and message to Activepieces, which passes them on to us.
- Litlyx (website analytics): a Litlyx script, pinned to a fixed version, collects the anonymised usage data described above.
How long we keep it
Contact and waitlist data is retained for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello[at]lynus.ai to exercise these rights.
Cookies
We use minimal, anonymised analytics. No tracking cookies. No third-party advertising.
