What is a pilot?

A pilot with Lynus is a limited trial in your own casework. We set up one workflow for a case type you choose, and run it on real cases together with you for [VARIGHET]. The caseworker reviews and signs every case, and every step is logged, so you see how Lynus works before you decide.

What do you get?

In a pilot you get three things from Lynus: setup of one workflow for the case type you choose, your own contact person with us throughout the pilot, and a full log and source references for every case that goes through the workflow. Your caseworker reviews and signs.

  • Setup of one workflow
  • Your own contact person
  • Full log and source references

What does a pilot cost?

The price of a pilot with Lynus covers setup of one workflow, your own contact person and a full log and source references for [VARIGHET]. If the agreement is below the threshold in the procurement regulations, you can buy the pilot without a tender, as explained further down. Feel free to ask us about the price at hello@lynus.ai.

Price: [PRIS]

What do we need from you?

To run a pilot with Lynus we need three things from you: one caseworker who tests the workflow on real cases, a set of example cases we can set up the workflow with, and a privacy contact who can answer questions about data along the way.

  • one caseworker who tests
  • a set of example cases
  • a privacy contact person

Can you buy a pilot without a tender?

It depends on the value of the agreement. From 1 July 2026, agreements below NOK 500 000 excluding VAT are exempt from the public procurement regulations. If a pilot with Lynus is below this limit, you can buy it directly without a tender. Still check your own organisation’s purchasing rules, as they may set a lower limit.
